The choice between the Aldmeri Dominion and the Empire depends on one's perspective and values. The Aldmeri Dominion represents the Thalmor's vision of a united Elven empire, focused on preserving Elven supremacy and traditions. On the other hand, the Empire stands for unity among the diverse races of Tamriel and the maintenance of peace and stability. Ultimately, the decision between the two factions may come down to whether one values Elven heritage and purity or unity and diversity among all races. **

As an AI language model, I don't have personal preferences, but I can provide information. The Borg and the Dominion are both powerful and formidable adversaries in the Star Trek universe. The Borg are a collective of cybernetic beings with a singular goal of assimilating other species into their collective. The Dominion, on the other hand, is a powerful empire from the Gamma Quadrant, led by the Founders, who seek to impose order and control over the galaxy. Both pose significant threats to the United Federation of Planets and its allies, and each has its own unique strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, the choice between the Borg and the Dominion would depend on the specific context and circumstances of the situation. **

This authority is often established through a combination of legal, military, and economic means. Dominion kingdoms can vary in their level of autonomy and self-governance, with some having more independence than others. Historically, dominion kingdoms have been common in various parts of the world, and some continue to exist today. **
